QR ordering for restaurants

No more waiting for the waiter.

Guests scan the code on their table and order from their own phone whenever they’re ready. Each order reaches your kitchen screen with the table number, so your waiters spend the evening serving, not taking orders.

  • Free, no card needed
  • No app to install
  • You choose which tables can order

Faster orders. Less running.

When guests order for themselves, the slowest part of service leaves your waiters’ hands.

  • Sell the next round

Another drink or a dessert is one tap away. Guests don’t have to catch anyone’s eye to order it.

  • Orders the moment guests decide

No waving, no waiting for someone to bring the menu or come back for the order.

  • Short-staffed? Guests take their own orders.

Nobody has to take the order, write it down or carry it to the kitchen. Your waiters serve, clear and look after the room instead.

  • A menu every guest can read

Estonian, English or Russian: each guest switches the language on their own phone.

Where it helps most

Any restaurant with table service can use it. These are the places where it pays off first.

  • Bars and cafés

The next round is ordered from the table, not from a queue at the bar.

  • Busy dining rooms

On a full Friday night, orders keep coming in while your team serves.

  • Terraces and large rooms

The far table orders as easily as the one next to the kitchen.

  • Tourist areas

Visitors from abroad read your menu in English or Russian and order without a phrasebook.

Live in three steps

  1. Add your menu

Dishes, prices, photos and options. Type them in, or import them from a spreadsheet.

  2. Put QR codes on the tables

Each table gets its own code, so every order arrives with the right table number.

  3. Switch on guest ordering

Guest orders reach the kitchen screen next to your waiters’ orders. By default, the first order from each new phone waits for one tap from your waiter, so nobody orders from an empty table.

And when they can’t decide

Show the dish before they order it.

Your signature dishes in 3D, through the phone’s camera. The guest sees the plate on their own table at its real size, then orders it from the same dish page.

  • Opens in the phone’s browser. Nothing to install.
  • We make the 3D models from your dish photos.
  • 5 dishes in AR on the free plan, more on paid plans.

Questions owners ask

What if someone orders from an empty table?
Guest ordering stays off until you switch it on, and by default it opens only at tables your staff have seated. The first order from each new phone waits for one tap from your waiter.
How do guests pay?
The way they do now. Your staff close the table’s bill by cash or card terminal.
Can my waiters still take orders?
Yes. Waiter and guest orders land on the same bill and the same kitchen screen.
What do I need in the kitchen?
Any tablet, computer or TV with a web browser. The cook sees every order dish by dish, and when a dish is marked ready, the guest’s phone shows it.
What if a dish runs out mid-service?
Put it on the stop list in one tap. Guests still see it, marked sold out, but can no longer order it.
Which languages can the menu be in?
Estonian, English and Russian. You add the translations for each dish, and each guest switches the language on their own phone.
What does it cost?
Guest ordering, the kitchen screen and table bills are free on every plan. You pay only to show more dishes in AR, from €19 a month.
